We collect personal data through Vipps or Stripe and through the entry of user details. This information is not shared with others and is only used for necessary purposes related to the administration, support and execution of agreements between the user location and the customer.

5. Terms of purchase
Subscription and membership
The seller is Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall, Hellersøyvegen 32, 6987 Bulandet, fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com, organisation number 928 032 302, hereinafter referred to as the seller. The buyer is the consumer who completes the order, hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
Your membership gives you access to the facilities and services of Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall. You gain access from the time of purchase. The subscription has no binding period and can be cancelled at any time by contacting Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall at fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com or by stopping the subscription in Vipps under «manage subscription». After being charged, you retain access for the entire month, regardless of when in the month you cancel. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and can contact us at fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com for a refund if you are not satisfied. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you can contact us at fleirbrukhallen@gmail.com for an immediate cancellation.
Booking
When you book, you get access to the location or activity from the time of booking. In the event of cancellation close to the booking time, the booking is not automatically refunded. Payment is made when the booking is completed, and the service is considered delivered when the visit begins. You can request a refund or adjustment if you have made an incorrect booking, as long as this is done in good time before the visit was due to start.
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by phone at 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no.
Payment and security
We want it to be easy and safe to shop with us. We therefore offer payment through our partners Adyen and Vipps.
Payment methods: You can choose to pay with ordinary payment cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) via Adyen, or use the mobile-based solution from Vipps.
Secure processing: All payment information is handled in encrypted form. Your card details are not stored by us, but are processed directly by the payment providers in accordance with international security standards (PCI DSS).
Completion of purchase: Payment is charged to your account when the transaction is approved by Adyen or Vipps. When using Vipps, you must confirm the payment in the app in the usual way.
Identification on account statement: On your bank statement, the transaction will normally appear as «Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall», but in some cases it may also appear as «Adyen» or «Vipps» as the technical sender.
Privacy: In order to complete the payment and prevent fraud, necessary information is shared with our payment partners. You can find more information about this in Adyen’s privacy policy and Vipps’ terms.
6. Terms of use for the swimming hall
Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall (BVFH)
Buyers of a swimming subscription and single tickets for the swimming hall, where bathing is intended outside of organised activity and without supervision by lifeguards, understand that all bathing and activity in the pool takes place at their own risk. BVFH disclaims all responsibility for any accident or injury that may occur during the activity, as this takes place outside of organised activity.
There must be a minimum of 2 capable swimmers in the swimming hall.
Children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by a capable swimmer over 18 years of age.
Everyone must wash their body and hair with soap, without swimwear, BEFORE entering the pool.
