In this privacy policy, we explain how we handle your personal data when you visit our websites or register an account through any of our websites. We may make changes to this privacy policy to reflect changes in our business, on our websites or in our services, or due to changes in applicable legislation. The latest version of the privacy policy will always be available here on the website.

We collect personal data through Vipps or Stripe and through the registration of user information. This information is not shared with others and is only used for necessary purposes related to administration, support and the fulfilment of agreements between the user location and the customer.

- Terms of purchase
Subscriptions and memberships
The seller is Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall, Hellersøyvegen 32, 6987 Bulandet, fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com, organisation number 928 032 302, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
Your membership gives you access to the facilities and services of Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall. You receive access from the time of purchase. The subscription has no binding period and may be cancelled at any time by contacting Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall at fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com or by stopping the subscription in Vipps under “Manage subscriptions”. After payment has been charged, you will have access for the full month, regardless of when during the month you cancel.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and may contact us at fleirbrukshallen@gmail.com for a refund if you are not satisfied. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you may contact us at fleirbrukhallen@gmail.com for immediate cancellation.
Booking
When making a booking, you receive access to the location or activity from the booking time. If a booking is cancelled close to the booked time, the booking will not automatically be refunded. Payment is made when the booking is completed, and the service is considered delivered when the visit begins. You may request a refund or adjustment if you have made an incorrect booking, provided this is done well in advance of when the visit was scheduled to start.
Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Council can be reached by telephone at 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no.
Payment and security
We want it to be simple and safe to purchase from us. We therefore offer payment through our partners Adyen and Vipps.
Payment methods: You may choose to pay with regular payment cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, through Adyen, or use the mobile-based payment solution from Vipps.
Secure processing: All payment information is handled in encrypted form. Your card details are not stored by us, but are processed directly by the payment providers in accordance with international security standards (PCI DSS).
Completion of purchase: The payment is charged to your account when the transaction has been approved by Adyen or Vipps. When using Vipps, you must confirm the payment in the app in the usual way.
Identification on bank statement: On your bank statement, the transaction will normally appear as “Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall”, but in some cases it may also appear as “Adyen” or “Vipps” as the technical sender.
Privacy: In order to complete the payment and prevent fraud, necessary information is shared with our payment partners. You can find more information about this in Adyen’s privacy policy and Vipps’ terms.
- Terms for use of the swimming pool
Bulandet og Værlandet Fleirbrukshall (BVFH)
The purchaser of a swimming subscription or single ticket to the swimming pool, where the swimming is intended to take place outside organised activity and without supervision by lifeguards, understands that all swimming and activity in the pool takes place at their own risk. BVFH disclaims all responsibility for any accident or injury that may occur during the activity, as it takes place outside organised activity.
There must be a minimum of 2 persons able to swim in the swimming pool area.
Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 who is able to swim.
Everyone must wash their body and hair with soap, without swimwear, BEFORE entering the pool.
This means that everyone who uses the hall outside organised activity is responsible for their own safety while using the swimming pool.
